The President Elect serves for two years, followed by a two-year term as President, and a two-year term as Past President. The Secretary-Treasurer serves for two years.

Elections are held in even years for those offices. The immediate Past President of MoASTA is chair of the Nominations Committee. Nominations  for the next election will be solicited in 2009. Ballots and election information will be mailed in January, 2010. Results of elections are announced in March, and new officers assume their duties in May.
